Independence Day Bike Parade

On the morning of July 4th, we celebrate Independence Day with a parade of the neighborhood's kids around the St. Teresa's Academy parking lot (for the littles) and outer block (for the older kids)!  Everyone is encouraged to get into the decorating spirit (we provide finishing touches) for the kids' bikes/scooters/strollers/wagons/etc.  We share some popsicles and refreshing beverages, enjoy a performance of The Star Spangled Banner to get everyone in the spirit, and away we roll!
